Heresy Design Inc. warrants that the enclosed product was originally manufactured free of defects in material, workmanship, and mechanical function. For the lifetime of the product, Heresy Design Inc. agrees to correct any manufacturer defects via repair, adjustment, or replacement with the same or comparable quality components. This limited warranty is null and void if the product has been misused, damaged, fired with handloaded, reloaded, or improper ammunition, fired with an obstruction in the barrel, or if unauthorized alteration/repair has been performed.
Our company policy is to do the right thing. If you have a problem, we want to hear about it, and we want to make it right. That’s our commitment to you as our customer.

Please review the requirements below for product returns:

• Please use the form below to contact our Warranty department to create an RMA prior to shipping items.
• Product must be in new condition with original packaging.
• Product must be return shipped in a protective box.
• Full refund including shipping if the return resulted from our error.
• Otherwise, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
• Refunds for items purchased directly from Heresy Design® will be returned to the original purchase method.
• Any other refunds will be issued via check.
• Please provide a copy of the receipt or sales order number to expedite the process.
• Customers will receive a refund within 10 business days of our receiving your return.
