Terms

  1. Product Testing and Promotion: Heresy Design® agrees to provide you with product for the purpose of testing, evaluating, and promoting.
  2. Content Creation: You shall create high-quality content showcasing the product, including but not limited to photos, videos, and written reviews.
  3. Timeline: You shall complete the product testing and promotion within 120 days  from the receipt of the product, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  4. Compensation: We do not financially compensate media for services, and reserve the right to request a return of any and all product sent.
  5. Representation: You shall not act as a representative of Heresy Design®. While we appreciate media coverage and support from media, this agreement in no way constitutes that you are a company representative.
  6. Rights and Usage: You grant us the rights to use, repost, and share the content created for promotional and marketing purposes, with due credit to the Influencer.
  7. Confidentiality: Both Parties shall keep any non-public information shared during the course of this collaboration confidential and shall not disclose such information to third parties.
  8. Termination: Either Party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other Party breaches any material term or condition of this agreement. In the event of termination, you must return all product as per the Agreement.
  9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kootenai County/Idaho, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
  10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.

We’ve been in this industry long enough to have these CYA terms. Don’t be a dick, and we won’t either.
